Chicago Draft Style began life as a frothy, creamy, rich Root Beer, formulated specifically to appeal to the tastes of Chicagoans, and to emulate the feel of this great city. At first it was produced only in kegs for local colleges and special events. However, a fierce demand for this craft soda rapidly grew and became so overwhelming, we, decided to put in bottles, expand the brand portfolio and make it available to everyone.
Today, we offer what we call the "Select 6". Beyond the original Root Beer, we have Ginger Beer, Cream and Orange Cream soda, Black Cherry and Ginger Ale, "The Champagne of (raft Sodas" as the flavors for the Chicago Draft Style line. We hand selected recipes, then carefully formulated them to best represent the spirit and lifestyle of this great city. Chicago Draft Style is hand crafted to perfection, using only the finest ingredient and pure cane sugar. It's naturally caffeine free and never pasteurized.
